How your personal data is used

The controller is RENT MOTO O.E., Par. Georg. Papandreou 22 b, 454 44, Ioannina, Greece, email info@rent-moto.gr. The application collects identity and contact details, driving-licence information, booking and vehicle details, payments, consent choices, communications, technical security records and documents the customer chooses to upload. Data is used to quote, book and perform the rental contract, process payments, meet accounting duties, protect security, prevent abuse, establish or defend claims and, only after a separate choice, send marketing. Authorized staff and providers such as Vercel, Supabase, Stripe and the active email provider may receive data as needed. Data is kept only as long as required for operational, legal and tax purposes. The customer may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and may withdraw consent for future use.
