Changes, cancellations and refunds

This policy explains how to request a change or cancellation for a RENT MOTO O.E. booking. A change or cancellation request must include the booking code, dates and email used for the booking. A request is not a completed cancellation until the booking status is updated or the business gives written confirmation. Refund eligibility, any cancellation charge, non-refundable amount or no-show consequence depends on the rules shown in the booking summary, payment flow or confirmation for the specific booking. If no specific rule is displayed, the customer should request confirmation before proceeding. Vehicle-rental services that reserve a specific date or period may fall within a statutory exception to the general distance-contract withdrawal right. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method or processed according to the method confirmed by the business. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
